Vanilla Cheesecake bars with a fun colored swirl on top

30 Vanilla cream filled cookies
3 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 Tablespoons sour cream
1 1/3 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons flour
6 food colorings (use gel colors so it doesn't make the batter runny)
