This is a great little treat! Crust made from sprouted buckwheat & dates. Puréed blueberries with dates & more fresh blueberries. So sweet and good!

1 cup buckwheat
1/4-1/2 cup dates pitted
Filling
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup blueberries for topping
Instructions Blend crust ingredients until a paste is formed. Press into the cupcake liners or tartlet pan. Blend blueberries and dates until smooth. Pour on top of crust. Top with fresh blueberries. Freeze...
