These Red White and Blue Whoopie Pies are so stinkin' easy to make and even better to eat! The kids love them because of the fun bright colors and they are oh so festive for the 4th of July!

1 box white cake mix
1 small ( 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix )
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter ( softened )
2 large eggs
Red and Blue food coloring (I used Wilton’s gel food colorings)
Vanilla Cool Whip Frosting ( comes in a 10.6oz tub )
Red ( white, and blue sprinkles if desired )
