Reese’s Peanut Butter Poke Cake

WARNING WARNING! You will have no self control when you make this dessert. This is by far one of the best cakes that I have ever made! In the middle is hot fudge, followed by an amazing peanut butter layer, then it's topped off with whipping cream. Sprinkled with peanut butter cups and drizzled with hot fudge. Oh My!

1 box chocolate cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
3 eggs (called for on the cake mix box)
1 1/3 cups water (called for on the cake mix box)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (called for on the cake mix box)
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of peanut butter (I like to use creamy)
1 (12-ounce) tub cool whip, divided
1 jar of hot fudge, divided
8 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, crumbled
