Rosquitas de Canela (Cinnammon Crowns)

A soft Mexican sweet bread that has a cinnamon-sugar topping !!!!YummyyummYummmy!!!:D

2 Eggs, at room temperature
2/3cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- the rind of 1 whole lemon(try not to peel of the white part, otherwise it'll be a little bitter, err not good)
7 tbsps. Unsalted butter
3 1/2cups+2 tbsps. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Milk, at room temperature
1 Egg white
2 tsps. Ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4cupUnsalted Butter, melted
