Salted Caramel Pumpkin Roll by Tornadough Alli

Salty and sweet pumpkin cake all rolled up over a cream cheese filling and topped with salted caramel frosting and sea salt.

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1 can salted caramel frosting, or homemade
Sea salt

Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs butter, softened
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
