A breakfast for champions, sausage, onions, and potato hash! Paired along side eggs, make this the filling breakfast that will keep you full until lunch time.

1 pound ground sausage
6 medium potatoes, peeled, washed, and cubed
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, (your favorite blend of seasonings)
