Savory Baked Pork Chops

This past year I got a lot of pork chops from our little piggie ok BIG piggie! So I have been on the look out for some great recipes I stumbled upon this one a couple months back and it was a huge hit in our casa!! The kids loved it!! My husband gave it the coveted "Make Again" nod of approval.

1/2 cup · Butter
1 cup · Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Ranch Packet
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1 Egg
2 tbsp · Milk
1/2 Flour
6 Pork chops
Directions - Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Slit Pork Chops twice about two inches apart where the fat meets the connective tissue -this will prevent pork chops from buckling - Thanks American Test Kitchen!! Combine Crushed Ritz crackers, Ranch Packet, Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper in shallow bowl Combine Milk and Egg for Egg Wash Prepare three dishes form dipping chops one for egg wash, one for flour, and one for Ritz mixture First place pork chop in Egg Wash, then flour then complete with Ritz Mixture Repeat for all Chops Place in Baking Dish. Cur Butter into little pats and disperse over Pork Chops -- Then cover with aluminum foil Bake Covered for 45 minutes - Then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown!!
