The best potatoes ever!!! Hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan, and mushroom soup. So yummy! Always a great side with a ham or whole roasted chicken. You really should double the batch because people can't get enough!

2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 onion shredded
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 onion shredded
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together, except the parmesan cheese.
Pour hash brown mixture into a 9x 13 greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top.
Bake 350 Degrees for 1- 1 1/2 hours
