Simple Baked Acorn Squash

Easy to whip up, these baked beauties are amazing!

1 acorn squash, cut in 1/2
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1 Tablespoon Evan Williams Honey whiskey
Salt

Cut the squash in half and scoop out the pulp and the seeds. This reminds me of scooping out the seeds of a pumpkin before carving. Set each half on a cookie sheet or baking pan cut side up.
