A simpler french toast for home and events! Perfect for breakfast, snakcs, and even as combo for other meals!

2 cups evaporated milk
1 piece egg
1/2 cup sugar (granulated)
1/4 teaspooon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter to taste
2 cups evaporated milk

Whisk all ingredients EXCEPT loaf bread in a mixing bowl.
1. Heat pan and melt butter.
2. Soak one bread at a time
3. Toast bread on pan until golden brown
4. Flip bread and toast other side
