Easy banana muffins swirled with melted dairy free chocolate chips and PB2. Healthy enough for breakfast, but delicious enough for any time of the day!

Skinny Chocolate Swirl PB2 Banana Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 bananas ( medium, ripe )
1 eggs ( beaten )
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup milk ( I used almond, but coconut, cows, or soy would work )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats ( I would recommend instant if you want a smoother muffin )
2/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons peanut butter ( PB2 )
