With the Super Bowl this Sunday, I decided to make a healthier snack to enjoy during the big game. I found this delicious recipe at Skinnytaste and couldn't wait to try it! I made a few minor changes to cut back on a few calories, but you would never know! It was full of flavor and was gone as quickly as it took to make it!
Skinny Taco Dip

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese ( fat free )1 cup fat free sour cream
2 cups thick and chunky salsa ( mild )
2 tablespoons taco seasoning ( 1 packet, low sodium )
2 cups iceberg lettuce ( shredded )
1 tomato ( diced )
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese ( shredded )
2 1/4 ounces olives ( sliced )
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle on shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
