These sandwiches are so easy and delicious!

32 oz. Frozen Italian meatballs
1/2 C Chopped onion
1/4 C Brown sugar
1 envelope Onion soup mix
12 oz Coca Cola
12 Buns - split
12 oz. (3 Cups) shredded swiss cheese
