A quick and easy meal that your whole family will love! I {heart} my slow cooker!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (6 oz) package Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
