Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken Recipe

I can't believe it is already October! I don't know where September went, but the weeks seem to just be flying by. When our lives get hectic, I turn to my slow cooker for quick, easy, delicious dinners. This one fits the bill!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry ranch dressing mix
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
