Slow Cooker Ham and Pineapple Sandwich Recipe

I love the ham and pineapple combination, so I decided to throw it in the crock pot and see what happens. The ham+pineapple+brown sugar makes the most amazing flavor. Even my two youngest children (ages 1 and 4) ate their dinner, so you know it's a winner!

2 lbs ham, fully cooked and cut into small pieces
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup onions, minced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
