2 pounds red potatoes ( scrubbed and diced )
1 pound carrots ( peeled and sliced )
2 celery ( chopped stalk )
2 onions ( chopped )
5 Slice bacon ( thick cut diced and cooked )
6 clove(s) garlic ( minced )
1/2 teaspoon thyme ( dried )
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
6 cups water
2 1/2 cups milk ( I use whole )
2 tablespoon flour
20 ounces baby clams reserve juice ( undrained )
1 teaspoon cubed beef bouillon
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
