This recipe for Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas has a special sauce that you make in your blender for the meat. It has orange juice, lime juice, a chipotle pepper, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin. I can’t describe how great the sauce smells, you just have to try it out yourself!

1 1/2 pound Beef Flank Steak
2-3 bell peppers (variety of colors)
1 large white onion
2 limes juiced
1 orange juiced
1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems
1 chipotle pepper (from a can of chipotle peppers in adobe, hispanic food aisle)
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
