Smoked Paprika Hashbrowns
4118
This is a great breakfast hash brown recipe that I love to eat with a scrambled egg or an omelet. Because this recipe uses frozen hash browns, it is super simple to make which is a must for me in the morning.
2
1 cup frozen hash browns
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put the hash browns in a bowl and mix the oil in. Then add the paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper and mix until hash browns are coated evenly. Take a frying pan and coat the bottom with more olive oil. Turn the stove onto medium-high. Once that is hot, add the seasoned hash browns and cover. Once they are browned on one side, about 5 minutes, flip over and brown on other side.
