Snickerdoodle Cinnamon Bread

If you like snickerdoodle cookies, you have got to try this yummy quick bread! The cinnamon chips make it extra delicious!

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour cream (I used fat free)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
Topping:
3 Tbsp sugar + 3 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Mix in eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and stir lightly. Add the cinnamon chips and stir...
