Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pudding

Thanks to the addition of instant pudding, these soft chocolate chip cookies turn out perfect every single time!

1 cup butter or margarine, softened to room temperature (margarine makes a softer cookie)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Beat butter, sugars, and dry pudding mix in a large mixing bowl till creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir till almost combined, then add chocolate chips....
