Perfect for a party

1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
22 oz all purpose flour (plus more for rolling out)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Vegetable oil

10 cups water
2/3 cup baking soda
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water
Kosher salt (or pretzel salt if you have it)
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the warm water, sugar, salt and yeast. Mix with paddle attachment on low. Let sit (you want it to get nice and foamy) while measuring out the flour and melting the butter....
