Southwest Slow Cooker Pork Sandwich

I have never been so grateful for my Slow Cooker! This sandwich is not only delicious, it is so easy. Don’t forget to add the re-fried beans… they make all the difference!!!!

2 lbs of boneless pork pot roast
3/4 white chopped onion
1 cup of beef broth
6 Bakery Cibatta Rolls
3/4 cup fat free re-fried beans
1/2 packet of mild taco seasoning
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
2 avocados, sliced
Dijon Mustard
