Spaghetti Frittata

This delicious, rich and satisfying spaghetti frittata would make a wonderful breakfast, brunch or light dinner.
6 large eggs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked spaghetti (about 4 oz. uncooked)
4 slices of bacon, cut into bite size pieces
1 small red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 oz. spinach, roughly chopped
¼ cup black olives, sliced
1 cup mozzarella, grated
6 grape tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon torn fresh basil leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the spaghetti and toss to combine everything. Set aside.
