1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
1/4 cup spiced rum
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup spiced rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
