1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided in half
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 red onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced
1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided in half
