Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded chicken ( 1 to 1 1/2 cups )
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise ( more to taste )
1/2 tablespoon sriracha ( more to taste )
1 tablespoon seasoning salt ( rice seasoning, more to taste )
3/4 cup quinoa, cooked
1/3 cup cucumber ( julienned )
1/3 cup carrots ( julienned )
1/4 cup radish seed sprouts ( daikon radish sprouts )
4 kelp seaweed ( 3-4 seaweed sheets )
