Crust:
6 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Cheesecake Layer:
8oz cream cheese (I used light)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Cheesecake Layer:
8oz cream cheese (I used light)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out or pat into a 12-13" circle on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°...
