1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 whole lemon zested, divided
2 1/2 cups flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz plan greek yogurt
10 oz fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 can Baker's Joy (baking spray with flour)
