This delicious Southern dish is a family favorite, one you will be making for years to come!

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted un-salted butter
3 tablespoons sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 package strawberry Jell-o
2 Cups of Boiling Water
1 (10-ounce) packages organic frozen strawberries
Whipped topping or whipped cream, to garnish
3/4 cup melted un-salted butter
3 tablespoons sugar, plus 3/4 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 package strawberry Jell-o
2 Cups of Boiling Water
1 (10-ounce) packages organic frozen strawberries
Whipped topping or whipped cream, to garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
For the crust: Crush up the pretzels (I put the pretzels in a Freezer Bag and use a blunt object to crush them all up... you can also use a food processor!)
