As a college student, sometimes finding time for breakfast can be a little bit challenging, especially a healthy breakfast. I couldn't choke down just plain orange juice anymore, so I decided I'd mix it up a little bit and add some of my favorite fruit. A smoothie is much easier to eat on the go than a bowl of cereal! This is the perfect thing to along with a great breakfast, or any meal!
2
2 cups Orange Juice
1/2 pound strawberries
1/2 pound pineapple (fresh works best!)
1/2 banana
6 large ice cubes
1/2 pound strawberries
1/2 pound pineapple (fresh works best!)
1/2 banana
6 large ice cubes
Cut up fruit and place in the blender. Add orange juice and ice cubes. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until all of the fruit and ice is blended and mixed with the juice.
