Sweet and Spicy Asian Chicken Tenders. Breaded chicken breasts baked until golden brown then tossed in a sticky Asian sauce!

2 large chicken breasts, cut into tenders (I cut the chicken breast into thin tenders then pound them with a mallet to be a bit thinner)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Sweet and Spicy Asian Sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1-1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha (depending on how hot you like it)
crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
sesame seeds for garnish, if desired
