Delicious DuClaw Brewery Naked Fish Chocolate Raspberry Stout is the star in these fudgey, chocolate brownies swirled with raspberry cheesecake topping.

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Naked Fish Chocolate Raspberry Stout
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons espresso powder
1 cup raspberry preserves
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
