So much healthier and tastier than the fast food version!

3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cups boiling water
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional toppings:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
2 avocados, diced (or guacamole)
1 cup refried beans
