With it snowing outside, I needed something for dinner that was going to warm me up! This Taco Chili was perfect! This is another one of those recipes that you can throw into a crock pot and have ready to eat when you've come in from the cold! Mmmm good!

1 pound ground beef, 80% lean meat ( browned )
1 onion ( chopped )
1 red peppers ( chopped )
1 Can (15 oz) kidney beans ( drained )
1 Can (15 oz) black beans ( drained )
1 Can (15 oz) pinto beans ( drained )
1 Can (15 oz) fat-free refried beans
1 Can (14 oz) yellow corn
1 Can (16 oz) tomatoes ( diced )
1 Can (14 oz) tomato sauce
1 package(s) taco seasoning
1 package(s) ranch dressing mix ( not buttermilk )
1 Can (4 oz) green chiles


Brown ground beef, saute onion and pepper near the end of browing the beef.
Throw all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low 3-4 hours.
Add some guacamole, cheese, corn chips or tortilla chips. You decide!
This will definately warm you up!
