The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie

It's the first day of spring! To me, it seemed like the best time to introduce you to the best chocolate chip cookie you will ever meet.

2 cup plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. unsalted butter melted and cooled
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
