A scrumptious homemade burger recipe!

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 raw egg, whipped
1 packet (1 oz.) dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all 5 ingredients together so that seasonings are evenly distributed. Form into patties; approximately 8 for the 2 lbs. of meat. Grill or fry til done through. These can be frozen after forming into patties but before cooking.
