Tiramisu Brownies

Brownies topped with a cheesecake pudding mix and coffee soaked cookies are the perfect ending to an Italian dinner.

1 brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. instant coffee, divided
1 c. sour cream
1 box cheesecake pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) container of cool whip, divided
2 1/2 c. hard lady finger cookies, broken into chunks
1/2 c. hot water
cocoa powder

Bake brownies according to the package using the 2 egg directions. Let cool completely. Dissolve 2 Tbsp. coffee in the milk. Whisk in the pudding mix and set aside. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl....
