Taking the guesswork out of that cookie layer, Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake has the flavors of your decadent tiramisu in a quick and easy ice cream cake form.

6 ounces mascarpone
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 ounces espresso flavored chocolate
24 whole lady fingers
2 cups cold coffee
1 package Curious Creamery ice cream cake mix
2 1/4 cups cold whipping cream
1 1/8 cups cold milk
1/2 cup sugar
