Dark chocolate brownie brittle topped with heath toffee bits

1/2 AP flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 egg white
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 cup of chopped dark chocolate {or chocolate chips} I used a combination of 70% and 75% cocoa
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of heath toffee bits
