1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
