Tootsie Roll Caramel Corn

Here is another recipe that I am proud to say is entirely my own idea. :) I seem to be on a popcorn spree right now, so I am trying out all sorts of concoctions using it. It's oh so gooey, chewy and delicious!

2 bags of kettle corn
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
25 tootsie rolls
