This Turkey Cranberry Wrap was really easy to throw together, and was a nice change from my salad-for-lunch-everyday routine!

4 spinach tortillas
4 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
½ cup reduced-sugar craisins
½ medium granny smith apple, diced
4 oz turkey, shredded or chopped
crumbled feta cheese
4 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
½ cup reduced-sugar craisins
½ medium granny smith apple, diced
4 oz turkey, shredded or chopped
crumbled feta cheese
Spread 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt on each tortilla.
Evenly top each with spinach, craisins, apple, turkey, and feta cheese.
Roll them up tightly and serve.
