A tasty wheat bread inspired by Sara Moulton for #SundaySupper.

1 cup water, warm
1/4 ounce dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup apricots, chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
