Yummy & Easy Caramel Corn

I bag plain microwave popcorn (not butter)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter ( 1stick)
10 marshmallows
red food coloring - optional
Chopped chocolate covered pecans- optional
(or any other candy you prefer)
Pop popcorn in microwave. Heat butter and brown sugar till melted. Add marshmallows to butter and brown sugar mixture and heat for 30 seconds until melted. Mix together. Add food coloring if using. Blend together. Pour over the popcorn to coat throughly. Add chopped candy. ENJOY! NOTE- This caramel corn does not harden on popcorn. Stays gooey! (marshmallows)
