1 pound lasagna noodles ( dried )
2 Can (10.75 oz) cream of broccoli soup
10 ounce broccoli ( Frozen, chopped )
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 carrots ( sliced (carrot thinly) )
1/2 onion ( diced )
16 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded ( keep 1 cup separate )
15 ounce ricotta cheese
2 eggs
