Very Berry Brownie Torte

Torte is such a fancy word . . . but I thought that "Brownie Baked in a Cake Pan" was kind of too long, so I just went with torte. :) This dessert tastes amazing! It is incredibly rich and chocolately and the raspberries on top give it the perfect sweetness.

Brownie Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (milk chocolate chips would be fine)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Cream Layer Ingredients*:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip (lite is fine if you want to use it!)
