White Chocolate Lemon Cookies

Using a cake mix makes this an easy recipe! And, they taste great too!

2 boxes lemon cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
12 oz white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon shortening
Powdered sugar, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour the cake mixes into a large bowl and add in the melted butter and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
