1 cup milk
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 1/4 cups cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon dried dill
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, shredded
